Se La Vie Last Days of 2012

My last day in the office today December 21st 2012. It has been a long 12months I will not lie - Way different from the other years as you grow older the challenges you face becoming much bigger. I have learnt alot this year and at this moment in time I feel like I am burning out. This will be a much deserved holiday plus to top it all off I am going in my vacay next week with my Sister Latoya Sithole and we are just going to LIVE and wave goodbye to this year - toast to this year - dance to this year - blaze to this year as it will never be lived again. Now We Enjoy Life!!! Its been lovely. Let me not ruin the next blog post that will summaries my year - year 2012 - Year 22 (PS: it will be intense) Se La Vie #Drink To That!!!

FabroSanz Store Launch

I was fortunate to receive an invite to the FabroSanz line store launch and attended the Launch o n Saturday, 1st December 2012. This is their very first Boutique in Melville, Johannesburg. Nestled in the picturesque avenues of Melville on 7th street, which is becoming another Jozi’s Fashion District. The event started of with a Fashion Show of their latest collection at Poppy’s restaurant and the we moved to the store where I, together with the ladies shopped and left the store almost empty:) The launch was a huge success I had a wonderful time and my eyes got too feast on the stunning haute couture summer 2013 range by Fashion Queen Sandi Mabasa. Definately an even tot remember. A huge shout out to Ms. Sandi Mabasa, Ms. Jackie Phamotse and Ms. Allegro Dinkwanyane and Team.Thanks for everything it is much appreciated, keep up thge good work and all the best blessing for the future!! Eddie Murphy: Most overpaid actor

) Can you believe that Eddie Murphy has been named the "Most Overpaid Actor" in Hollywood according to Forbes Magazine!!! I came acroos this info and I just had to blog about it, I mean who would have thought?? The 51-year-old actor - whose recent films Imagine That, A Thousand Words and Meet Dave were all labelled flops - is reportedly no longer popular at the box office, despite being paid a huge amount of money to star in huge number of movies. According to Forbes magazine, for every $1 Eddie was paid for his last three movies, they returned an estimated average about $2. His movie Tower Heist which was released last year, also failed to wow audiences and earned just over double its budget of $75m. Earlier this year, Eddie revealed he is in talks to make a Beverly Hills Cop TV show. Other surprising entries on list One of the comedian and actor's best loved roles was as wise cracking detective Axel Foley in the three films of the late 80's and Eddie is currently working on bringing them back. "What I'm trying to do with Beverly Hills Cop now is produce a TV show starring Axel Foley's son, and Axel is the chief of police now in Detroit," Eddie said. "I'd do the pilot, show up here and there." According to the magazine, a movie has to earn twice its production budget in ticket sales, plus the millions spent on marketing, to be considered a financial success. Katherine Heigl came second in the list of most overpaid stars as her most recent film One For The Money earned just $37m and cost $40m to make. Reese Witherspoon also failed to lure audiences to the cinema this year. Other surprising actors on the list include Sandra Bullock and Jack Black. Sarah Jessica Parker I must say that I am quite Happy with this list not that my opinion would mean anything I mean these individuals are on the Forbes list you know *hands in the air* lol BUT eh hem I do think that Sarah Jessica Parker should be placed at number 10 but I'll live the fact that she is there is Enough for me!! On that note my movie "To Watch" List is massive, I can shamelessly admit that I haven't actually sat down and watch a film in a good 2 months or so *hides face* I have just been that busy and when I do get a chance to sit down and lounge then next best thing for me to do is snooooze....this needs to change. Like its her Last!!

This image reminds me of my dancing days. I was full time profesional dancer & entertainer from age 3 I kid you not!! I stopped dancing at the age of 17 but I can tell you know that I may have stopped dancing proffessionally but the dancer in me never stopped- catch me on a night out and you will judge for yourself. In fact just recently I was out with my girls for the @LoveSoweto event on the 2nd December 2012 and we danced like it was our last "YOLO" vibes. The thing is when I dance I feel so liberated and enter a zone where no one can take me, the rhythmn of th music hits my soul and my body just reacts. Anyways on that note the next day one of the guys we had been grooving with Sonele called me and actually told me how me and my girls set the party on fire, so I guess I've still go it I suppose like I said I never stopped dancing!! The minute I laid eyes on this picture I loved it. Whitney Houston has played a major role in my life in Music and Up Bringing had it have not been for her I really do not think I would have discovered my Voice and singing ability. She was and still is a wonderful figure and role model. This is my little tribute in remebrance of such a unique and never to be found soul. She lived her life to the full and that is exactly what I try to do on a daily, taking the good with the bad and just indulging in the gift of life which is exactly what my blog is about.
