It was announced this week that Rihanna’s company, Roraj Trade, LLC, filed an application with the US Patent and Trademarks Office last month for her new clothing accessories fashion line, titled "SCHOOL KILLS."
“SCHOOL KILLS” will reportedly sell tote bags, purses, and has plans to produce articles of clothing featuring the same logo in the near future how exciting!!
“Rihanna has already had a successful clothing line with River Island and is not limiting herself to just music and touring for the rest of her life,” a source close to the singer told Grazia Daily. “She will continue to release singles and albums, but she had plans in place to expand in other areas like fashion, for a good few years now.”
The 27-year-old pop star took fire last month after she was photographed in New York City wearing an oversized white T-shirt with the same two words displayed boldly across the front of it.

WANT TO SING WITH PHARRELL?
Sharing the stage with Pharrell Williams just got real and it’s all because Woolworths have extended the SingWithUs entry date until 31 July 2015!!
In April, Pharell announced his collaboration with Woolworths on the “AreYouWithUs?” campaign – a strong creative partnership aimed at uplifting education and environmental sustainability across South Africa. Williams took on the role of Style Director in a ground-breaking collaboration across a series of sustainability-focused projects.
‘Pharrell is a global icon for social cohesion, advancement through education and environmental awareness – these same values lie at the heart of our business and form the foundation on which this partnership is built. We hope Pharrell will help us make sustainability cool for the next generation of South Africans and help create a better future for our children, our country and our planet,” says Ian Moir, CEO of Woolworths South Africa.
Woolworths and Williams are set to host a private concert for WReward customers, and one singing group stands the chance of sharing the stage with the Happy singer. A cash prize of R100 000 is also on offer.
This is how you can still enter: put together a school singing group (it does not have to be an official choir) of between five and 20 learners, aged between 8 and 18. Film the group performing a song of their choice song, and then load it onto YouTube. Send your full entry (along with all their details) to singwithus@woolworths.co.za. Entries close on the 31 July 2015. Schools must please view the full competition rules online at www.woolworths.co.za/areyouwithus (under the Sing With Us section).
Good luck!

"Embrace what makes you unique, even if it makes others uncomfortable." - Janelle Monáe
We all have a story to tell, Janelle Monáe shares a touching story on her upbringing:
"When I started my music career, I was a maid. I used to clean houses. My mother was a proud janitor. My stepfather, who raised me like his very own, worked at the post office and my father was a trashman. They all wore uniforms and that’s why I stand here today, in my black and white, and I wear my uniform to honor them.
This is a reminder that I have work to do. I have people to uplift. I have people to inspire. And today, I wear my uniform proudly as a Cover Girl. I want to be clear, young girls, I didn’t have to change who I was to become a Cover Girl. I didn’t have to become perfect because I’ve learned throughout my journey that perfection is the enemy of greatness.
Ladies, it doesn't matter where you come from, keep pushing on, what really matters is where you are going, focus on getting there!! - RSL Blogger

Move Over Tampons & Pads, This Revolutionary New Panty Is Every Girl’s Best Friend
Here's some Great News for the Ladies!! Ladies, imagine not having to worry about period stains. EVER. Twin sisters Radha and Miki Agrawal and friend Antonia Dunbar have figured out a way to make this happen. Their invention THINX, a self-absorbing, washable, leak-proof underwear eliminates the need for tampons or pads.
This is huge. Not only does this make life easier for all of us who are constantly worried about keeping track of our dates, and unwelcome period stains; this is great news for a large population of women who do not get regular access to female hygiene products like pads and tampons.
While the products are a little on the steeper side, they do end up saving an awful lot of money otherwise spent buying pads and tampons on a monthly basis. According to instructions, the panties can be machine washed on the cold cycle setting, though after a recommended hand-rinse. Problems Solved!!

Woman Of God
Woman of God.
You always managed to surprise me.
Your strength.
Your humility.
Your helping hand.
Your gracious laugh and smile.
I celebrate you.
You have broken every rule in you world.
You proved them wrong even though you are far from perfect.
Always remained truthful and faithful to yourself.
Never conformed to anything that didn't make sense to you.
Woman of God, I celebrate you. I celebrate your existence.
You have proven to be the greatest in your own right.
Nelisiwe Jiyane,I celebrate the woman you have become.
I have made me proud, I celebrate me.
-A piece shared from a friends Facebook page. Beautiful I must say words I feel every woman of God should recite to themselves. #SelfEmpowerment #WomanEmpowerment
